I did it. I launched a dream. A dream that will provide more ways to speak into women’s lives and also give them fun times together. (Excuse me while this hot flash passes!) I launched a website!! I really did! With all my information on it….what am I thinking?! Yikes! What if someone contacts me? THEN what?
Um, I’ll talk to them? I’ll ask what they are interested in? I’ll see if I can help them?
It’s a bit like jumping off the high dive….into the unknown.
It’s kind of like “shadow-walking”…there’s only enough light where your foot is, and the next step is going to be in shadow for a bit. The good thing is that as I move into that step, God moves with me, and reveals more light (You heard that, God, right?).
I don’t know if anyone wants to hear what I have to say….
I don’t know if I have anything to say that anyone wants to hear……
I don’t know if those who DO want to hear me (they may not know it yet) will ever find me…..
or if I will find THEM.
All I know is that I took this first step. This long dive. Got into the car on the roller coaster. And now I just hang on for dear life!
Oh, and did you want to see my brand-spanking-new website? http://www.passionistaatlarge.org
I’d love to know what you think.
Love and hugs, Passionista Mimi
OH, and hey, if you like what you read, why not share the love and click, pin, like, etc.? I’d give you an extra big hug. Thanks!
Mimi, I think a lot of women are told these lies, and because we have been taught for eons that we are the weaker sex, we are supposed to be submissive, we are supposed to please others, we are ” SUPPOSED TO” blah, blah, blah. Well HOGWASH. We can be strong, we don’t have to be submissive, we don’t always have to please others. We can take that bull by the horns and say ENOUGH. Thank you for continuing to be strong and helping others to find their strength and bravery to break through to the outside of the box that has been put around them.
Looking forward to seeing you again. Lots of love and hugs, Sue
